DeMina Skolintressenter AB announces final outcome of the recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Atvexa

On 11 August 2022, DeMina announced the completion of the Offer and the extension of the acceptance period until 19 August 2022. Following the extended acceptance period, the Offer has been accepted to the extent that DeMina holds approximately 99.5 per cent. of the shares and approximately 99.9 per cent. of the votes in Atvexa after completion of the Offer. DeMina is not extending the acceptance period further and the Offer is now closed.
