Skogsro, consisting of three quality leading companies in northern Sweden focusing on the care and treatment of children and young people, has joined the Atviva group.
The acquisition took place on November 1, 2024. In connection with Skogsro joining Atviva, all of Skogsro's owners will become shareholders in Atviva.
"In Atviva, Skogsro gets a long-term and stable owner that enables Skogsro's management to continue developing the company as an independent subsidiary. It feels both exciting and secure to start the next chapter in Skogsro's development together with Atviva. Being able to take part in a broader network within the Atviva group with different skills and experiences will over time further strengthen Skogsro's quality development," says Malin Åberg, principal owner of Skogsro.
"Joining Skogsro to Atviva feels like a natural step and enables us to continue developing the business. For Skogsro's customers and employees, the change of ownership will not entail any changes," says Federico Luna, operations manager and co-owner of Skogsro
"We welcome Skogsro - a company characterized by the entrepreneurial spirit and genuine focus on quality that is at the core of Atviva's culture. We look forward to working with Skogsro's management and supporting the company on its continued development journey" says Mikael Lindh, CEO of Atviva.
