Atvexa to be delisted - last day of trading will be 9 September 2022

Atvexa AB (publ) ("Atvexa") has, as previously communicated, applied for delisting of Atvexa's B-share from Nasdaq Stockholm on the grounds that DeMina Skolintressenter AB holds more than 90 per cent of the shares and votes in Atvexa and has requested compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in Atvexa.

Nasdaq Stockholm approved Atvexa's delisting application on 26 August and decided that the last day of trading in Atvexa's B-share on Nasdaq Stockholm will be 9 September 2022.
