Atnotgruppen has divested all shares in City Office in WTC AB in two stages to the World Trade Center in Gothenburg AB.

The acquisition is made by subscription of a rights issue that gives Atnot AB 12% of the shares in My Clinical Outcomes Ltd.

Through its subsidiary MLPW Invest AB, Atnotera AB has become a partner in the Center for Translational Research AB.

The acquisition is made by subscription of new share issue that gives MLPW Invest AB a total of 33% of the shares in the Center for Translational Research AB

The acquisition is made through a combination of the purchase of shares and subscription of rights issues. The issue gives the Atnote Group 25% of the shares in Fenix Begravning AB.
