CTR has nine subsidiaries: CTC Clinical Trial Consultants AB, RegSmart Life Science AB, Lablytica Life Science AB, RegFile AB, Toxicology Knowledge Team Sweden AB, Metasafe AB, QAlliance AB, CTC Netherlands, and Zelmic AB.

My Clinical Outcomes (MCO) is a web-based platform that automates the collection and analysis of patient data (Patient Reported Outcome Measures, PROMs). Data is collected continuously and remotely throughout the diagnosis and treatment process. This provides long-term follow-up and evaluation of all types of clinical conditions.

MCO is accredited by PHIN (Private Healthcare Information Network) to assist private healthcare providers in meeting government requirements for collecting and reporting clinical outcomes.

Atvexa is a long-term holding company for independent businesses in schools and preschools. The operations are characterized by pedagogical diversity under their respective local, well-known, and quality-leading brands. Many of these businesses have been built by strong entrepreneurs with backgrounds as educators in both public and private sectors.

Atvexa offers well-managed operations the opportunity to work independently, maintaining their previous focus, brand, and leadership. As an owner, Atvexa sets and monitors overarching goals in quality, finance, and strategy while ensuring financial stability. Governance is conducted through Atvexa's subsidiary boards, without interfering in day-to-day operations.

Atvexa owns 20 independent brands with strong positions in their respective local markets. The group includes 162 preschools, 39 schools, and one adapted primary school, with approximately 4,000 employees and 16,800 children and students.
