Atnotera was founded in 2005 with the ambition to build stable and long-term businesses. As an active owner, we work closely with the companies in an advisory role. Together with management, we formulate and drive an agenda for continuous development and growth.

Invests in Atviva and Atveda (now Atleva Intressenter), Rönnberg och Partners joins Atvexa, Nolhaga Hem is divested

Invests in Fenix Funeral (now Fenix Family), Center for Translational Research, My Clinical Outcomes and Nolhaga Hem, the holding in OneMed (PE) is divested

The holding in Ambea (PE) is divested, invests in OneMed (PE) and in GHSC (now Atleva Specialistvård), the holding in Vårdapoteket (PE) is divested

Atnotera is founded, reinvestment in Carema Holding (PE becomes Ambea) in connection with 3i becoming the new principal owner, follow-on investment in Ambea (PE) in connection with the acquisition of Mehiläinen, invests in Rönnberg och Partners (Videdal's Private Schools), invests in Atvexa and Vårdapoteket
