Atleva SpecialistvårdAB becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Atveda AB, a long-term owner company in specialist care founded by entrepreneurs and for entrepreneurs. The acquisition is made through a combination of reinvestment and new issue of current owners and management persons in Atleva and Atveda.
